I gave my Kindergarten-age son a receptive vocabulary test earlier this week.  I had borrowed an articulation test to administer to my daughter because I have some concerns about her speech.  And I figured he'd be jealous.  So I did the test.  Well you have to hit a ceiling (on this test highest 6/8 wrong) to be able to stop. Well he kept going and going and going.  Finally got done and if you scored it he ended up at 96th percentile which put his age equivalent at 13 years!  Shocking!

So anyway....today he saw some videos games at the restaurant we were at today for the shower.  I told him he couldn't play because I had no cash on me. I told him not even a dollar.  His response....

"Well that's embarrassing!"

It was hilarious!  I was like...."Who's embarrassed?"  He said, "I am  that you have no money!" (btw - I had my debit card)
